In addition to the statutory 14-day cancellation period, we offer an extended return window of 30 days from the date of delivery for unopened and unused products. This extended window is provided as a goodwill gesture and does not affect your statutory rights.
4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return under our extended 30-day policy, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
- The product must not have been used, tampered with, or damaged by the customer.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used dietary supplement products, except where the product is defective or not as described.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products

Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
8. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. If your return is approved:
